- Open the built in BlackBerry Browser on your device.
- Select the BlackBerry menu button and choose 'Options.'
- Select 'Browser Configuration.'
- Change 'Browser Identification' to 'BlackBerry.'
- Save the changes.
- Try downloading the application again.
