Solution: Try downloading via the built in BlackBerry Browser
The built in browser settings have been changed

Solution: Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the built in BlackBerry Browser on your device.
  2. Select the BlackBerry menu button and choose 'Options.'
  3. Select 'Browser Configuration.'
  4. Change 'Browser Identification' to 'BlackBerry.'
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Try downloading the application again.
